Malware attacks on the rise – Sep. 4, 2012.

Looks like Malware shows no signs of slowing down. Remember, they don’t call them “Advanced Persistent Threats”(ATP) for nothing. Make sure you are in control of your network environment to minimize the risks. While Anti-virus/spyware/malware programs are competent at times when it comes to quarantining threats, they don’t prevent them. Knowing what to avoid and what to do if a malicious pop-up appears during a web browsing session will ensure the safety of your data.

And for those on the Apple Bandwagon- malware is coming for you, too. The paradigm shift has already started, and cyber attacks are making their way to Apple and mobile devices as well.
